Conditions 2013

- Breeding station Stal Eurocommerce is an EU certified stud stables. At our company the General Conditions of Breeding of the Bond of Stallion Managers are applied as lodged at the District Court of Law of Utrecht.
- Stal Eurocommerce does not accept any responsibility for damage, sickness and/or injury to people, animals, transport vehicules and etc.
- All veterinary costs and transport costs will be born by the owner/manager of the mare.
- Sperm must be ordered before 09.00 hours so that it can be delivered on time.
- Delivery costs of fresh sperm within Holland to another SWS station will be € 50.00 (excl. VAT) per mare per season. In the case where the sperm has to be sent to a veterinary practice, a private address or to an address abroad, the actual costs accrued will be invoiced separately. Also in the case of delivery of deep-frozen sperm shall the actual costs accrued be invoiced seperately.
- In order to guarantee the completion of the transaction in terms of our administration, we ask for your cooperation. If ordering sperm, please supply the name and address of the owner and the name of the mare to be serviced.
- We can inseminate, in consultation, at your home address within a radius of 80 km if so desired.
- Whenever one of our stallions is not available, we have deep-frozen sperm available in store.
- Stal Eurocommerce cannot be held responsible for the quality of deep-frozen sperm.
- In order to be considered for the 'gust' reduction, a written declaration by a veterinary must be delivered by you before 1 October 2013 to the Eurocommerce stables otherwise the 'gust' reduction will be void. The 'gust' tarif is € 300 for all stallions except Berlin at € 450.
- Prices mentioned do not include VAT.
- Mare management can be supplied on request
